Facebook Ads Resetting Engagement (4)

Hello there,

I'm running FB ads for my Shopify store.

I have a campaign with two adsets and one video each? The video is the same but has two different post IDs.

In one of the adsets Facebook reset the engagement, I only see video views but for the other it maintains the engagement.

Why do yous guys think that happened? P.S. I didn't make any changes on the adset and ad level.

Could you please tell us what are other differences between the posts? Are the headlines different?

And when creating a campaign, which objective did you select?

Everything is the same. Headline, video file, text. I selected video views for creating the ads.

I suspect that this is happening because you have two exact same ad sets.. what is the purpose for creating the two exactly same ad sets?
Could you please provide the screenshots? It would really help a lot to understand the issue.
