Setting up a new AdMob Account? (9)
So I have some questions about how to set up a new AdMob account after your original one has been banned. I know it's a fairly new procedure because Google is getting more and more strict lately with AdMob. Here is what I have done so far and where I've gotten stuck.
I created a new AdMob account with a new IP/new (fake) name/new email. My first deposit was with my original Google Checkout account (the one that got banned - obv might regret this but the deposit went through). I ran a basic call campaign for a local business here just to look a little legit. Spent around $40 on that. Now I set up a bunch of new campaigns for offers and need to add more money to the account.
Well it turns out the option to add funds with another Google Checkout account has disappeared. It is asking me to set up a credit card with my new email (basically, it wants me to create a new Google Checkout account under the new email).
I've read every thread regarding setting up new accounts and credit cards. Does anyone have any idea how creating employee accounts affects the tax process? I don't want to dig myself a hole creating cards for fake employees when tax time comes around. Also, has anyone had experience using a prepaid debit card like Netspend on these accounts? How about a Visa gift card where I can enter a name/address online so it matches up with the account?
I'd like to keep this account alive as long as possible so if anyone has recommendations I'd greatly appreciate it. I guess we have a "how to create a new Adwords account" and "how to create a new Facebook account" so this can be the first "how to create an Admob account" thread 
You can use the same credit card as you used with your initial account. Worked for me.
I now create a new account (the only different thing is the email) for every merchant I want to promote. Then redirect the emails to a main account.
It´s funny when I read about all the steps people make to make sure that they cannot track you: change ip, cc, email, use vm, set an llc, change address, not using any google properties that are linked to your banned accounts, etc.
I got my adwords account banned a couple years ago, and recently tried to create another account with the same data. The only thing I changed was the email.

I've had about 4 adwords accounts banned here, same ip, for 'repeated violations on this or a similar account' error, but they never banned my MAIN account, just every side one I ever ran on. I never really ran anything on mine and I recently made a campaign on there even. also on facebook i've been using my ip, and the accounts last a decent amount of time before facebook inevitably catches on to what i'm doing.
Thanks guys. I went ahead and used my own CC that I've never used with them. So far, so good. Let's hope it lasts!
Update: I tried making a second deposit on my new account and the deposit was held for 24 hours. I got an email saying they couldn't verify the credit card and that I needed to send in a copy of my ID and a copy of a bank statement. Now I did both of these but I'm pretty sure I'm fucked considering it will have the same info as my original Google Checkout account. I'll update once again when they approve/ban my new account.
Any updates on the Google Checkout account verification? I've been running into the same issue lately and have had several Google Checkout accounts closed even though I used valid billing info.
Did you use a valid phone number? In my case, when I made the deposit and it was held I sent in my info and then they called the number I had listed with the new account. The guy asked me a series of random questions and then asked what my cross street was. I told him what it was and he went ahead and approved it.
The account is still valid for a month now.
Yes, I used a valid phone number. They never called to verify any of the accounts. I used different credit card #'s for each account...
