I'm setting up a Facebook campaign and want to use Funnelflux for the tracking - is FB ok with this considering the link I'll be using is not the destination URL domain?
Also - using a middle redirect page so I can capture FB Pixel data.

Facebook hates redirects and a tracking link could trigger a flag on your account, as you're using Funnelflux, I'd recommend using the javascript tracking method instead of redirects.
This is assuming you have access to the destination URL of course.
