Copy fb ads shopify store
Hello guys,
I'm start launching my FBAds Campaign to drive traffic to my 2 Shopify-Dropshipping Store
I want to test a lot of different interests each in one different Adset to see which one convert better.
But this will completely finish my budget for the test phase, so I have to give up testing the pictures, and the copy.
IMAGES
It's a ecom store that sell physical products so I think that the image of the product (the same image that i have in the product page) it will be fine.
There's no much to test here.
I will use carousell ads with the photo of ONE product in different angles/variation. (good idea? what do you think?)
COPY
For the copy i think I'll use something like this
1 - (something like fire emojii) ATTENTION XXX fans (emojii)
2 - New yyy in different colours now in store!
3 - 50% discount + FREE Shipping !!!
4 - (only 15 items left)
5 - Get yours here --> (shortened URL using Google url shortener)
5 lines of text MAX because on mobile it will appear the "See more..." that I don't think it will be a good things for my ads.
1 - is to grab attention and stop user scrolling down
2 - description of the product
3 - discount + benefit
4 - scarcity
5 - link
Do you think that is better put the PRICE in the copy of the ad????
Thank you so much,
F
Ps: I'm not sure if i have to put this thread in Facebook category or here in the ecom. I'm sorry if I'm wrong.

Besides good targeting images make or break your ad and cpc man. Really, take testing images seriously. Imagine a photo of a brand new car with white background as you would do with your product, or an image of the car driving at Ocean Drive Miami. For sure the last image will score best because it will attract people way more on their timeline (movement, colors) AND give a certain feeling of wanting that car so badly...

Hi @stickupkid,
first thanks for having responded.
You are right, I could probably get better results with more eye-catching photos of the product in use.
But the problem is that i'm doing dropshipping style ecom so i don't actually have the product.
The only thing i'm doing right now to have decent product photos is take Aliexpress product photos and do some photoshop editing on the better ones.
Would you suggest to ordering each product to have my own photos???

That is the best idea yeah, but I can imagine it will be a hell of a operation. This way you have unique images which nobody has ofcourse.
But I assume their are plenty of images to find on the web right, check google images, instagram, getty images etc etc.

Careful with this thinking.
You have no idea how often my "for sures" suck big time and the "no way this will work" becomes the winner. It's impossible to guess; although experience will of course give you a guideline as to what works.
Let me give you an example
A while back ago I did waterproof iPhone cases on FB. All my best images, underwater selfies etc didn't go well. But the one picture, where I ruthlessly in a fuck it state of mind photoshopped a woman in a bikini INTO the iPhone itself, making it appear so she was swimming inside the phone. Yeah that one ended up killing it.
Let me show you the photo, this revision is somewhere in between split testing geos and visible price etc
No way ever would I anticipate that one actually converting. But it did. And probably still will.

You are right for sure, no guarantees although experience tells certain factors that will make a big difference. Great example!

Thank you @equadox and @stickupkid to responding me.
What do you think about putting product's PRICE in the copy?

Test it for sure! "Only this week 30% off" - "Normally 99,00, This Week 69,00!" etc etc

It works, and often increases CVR, however, it makes split testing price harder after you've got a campaign going.
