Anyone could recommend a good network for re targeting on adult? Is there one network that does this or is this dependent on the traffic source?

Try Exoclick and Reporo. They both have a lot of inventory.
Definitely start testing remarketing/retargeting with exoclick - biggest inventory, best targeting options ... at least when it comes to adult traffic.
