Hi im ahmed i was doing emailing for my commerce site but i want to try CPA offers i have opt in mail list from USA/FRANCE/UK/DE and im really looking for best CPA offers or CPA company to start with them ? any advice please ?

It depends on your targeted audience. Besides the GEOs, what do they have in common? Would be good to know the age/interests, and in general as much information as possible.
Might be that they are connected to your website, then it would make sense to promote something similar.
Remember, that in different countries the trends might be different too, make sure you know your audience, and target them in their own language. Don't go to France with English advertisement
