one month ago adcenter slapped my account and although i made tens of ad groups pointing to amazon, wikipedia, eharmony... i still get a qs of 1,2 and 3 for my keywords and not a single impression.
the support team is clueless, we talk every day, but they keep insisting with their ad intelligence tool and the fact that my keywords can't be find on these landing pages.
so, anyone was able to recover an adcenter account or i must make another. also, i know they allow three accounts on the same credit card, do you think is wise to have the new account on the same credit card?

I'd love to actually give them a try but after I set up an account I got an email from them that I have been banned, something along those lines. Lol? Didn't run a single ad and all the info was legit, CC working etc...weird people.
Oh man those guys call me non-stop and every time they tell me there is nothing wrong with my account but I get almost no traffic on some good size keywords. Those guys are clueless. I've given up with them.
after my account slapped, i tried creating new accounts with different cc but same name on it. On next day, all accounts got banned and i haven't even created any campaigns yet. I guess they have tracked my ip. support team can't help me at all. At the end, i created new account using cc with different name on it and new ip. it is still working fine since then.
