Issues with launching mobile campaigns, and click loss. (2)

Every time we now launch a mobile only campaign, it spends a few dollars and immediately disapproves, or the ad literally gets deleted halting spend, leaving only an error in the interface saying something along the lines of 'this ad format is not supported and cannot be modified.' The strange thing is I can launch desktop newsfeed or right hand side with no problem, with the exact same setup. We've also been having random issues with click loss on mobile, when we were even able to get it up, up to 50% lost clicks never even hitting the server. So, to remedy this, I've completely updated all of my safe sites (using cloudflare on each,) am using custom urls for each media buyers Voluum, changed my domain and hosting for where I host my money pages, updated all money pages with custom Voluum urls, and have split tested every single obfuscation method Traffic Armor offers, to no avail. I've even stopped running any video ads as I'm told this could have been related, but no luck there either. Today we're planning on split testing 2 other cloakers, and testing even more with our safe site setup, changing the host+removing cloudflare. I'm still actively working through this since it started Monday, but I'm really curious if anyone else has dealt with this, and is actually willing to discuss it, or work together on figuring this issue out.

We're dealing with the identical issue this side.

Tried most of the solutions you've tried and to no avail either.

We didn't realize it was a mobile only issue which makes this even more confusing.
