Am I missing something? (11)

Hello,

I have recently started running some campaigns and I can see traffic and conversions in Voluum but not the clicks.

Have I setup something wrong? As my affiliate links I am using the standard links, not Voluum ones as I can´t find them when I setup an offer in Voluum.

Let me guess - you're direct-linking?

You'll only see clicks if you're using a landing page. Otherwise, clicks would be zero, because there'd be nothing to click through.

The important thing to verify, would be to look at the offer stats at your affiliate network, to make sure the traffic is ending up at the intended offers.

Next thing to check: When conversions are starting to show up in your aff network stats, make sure those conversions are being sent back to your tracker (i.e. that they're showing up in the tracker).

No I use a landing page for one of the campaigns . The affiliate network is recording clicks but nothing in Voluum.

Do you have that link you posted above in your lander?

That's not correct, you should have the Voluum click link. That one looks something like xxxx.voluuum.com/click

Yes, that's the link i have on my lander.

Searched everywhere for a tracking link for the offer but can't find it in Voluum.

So confused

Top right on the Settings icon -> Setup.

Then the first link is your click URL

Now, whenever i click on the url I get a 400 error?

Tried accessing it via my Campaign link but it still gives me an error.

You can't browse to your lander and click on the clickurl directly - that's why you're getting that error.

Create a campaign in Voluum, then specify the lander(s) and offer(s) in campaign settings.

Now browse to the campaign url and click on the lander links, and you'll be redirected to the offer(s).
