What do you use to systemize your business processes?
I'm starting to systematize one of my businesses.
I know you can use google docs and screen capture recordings to document the processes, but is there anything else you guys use?
Any specific software or tools you guys use to make creating systems more efficient?
Thanks

Bro! Evernote ALL DAY LONG! Get those repeatable systems out of your head and onto paper and you will be able to execute way faster;

These are the tools that I use daily:
Lastpass - password manager
Mailtrack - best for email follow ups
Redirect paths - track redirect links
Evernote - keeps a record of everything, can share notes publicly
Lightshot - screenshots
Desktop Sticky Notes - for urgent ad hoc tasks, goal is to clear up notes at the end of the day
Asana and Trello - track team’s work/progress
Slack - alternative for Skype
Pushbullet - fast way of sharing files across devices i.e. from mobile to laptops and vice versa

We use Basecamp. You can create project templates with it, making it easier for us to implement these systems.

While these are useful, they are mostly just tools for doing one specific thing very well. littleblackdot asked about systematizing and organizing processes.
I also struggle with this, basically the big question is how to integrate everything you know (i.e. the internal processes that you have in your mind) together so that if you put someone with no experience in front of your computer, he will be able to replicate the boring part of what you're doing. It doesn't even need to be someone else - it can be a good reference when you forget something or you want to start something new.
I think process.st that Erik mentioned is the closest thing to what OP wanted. I've heard really good things about process.st but didn't get to using it practically (only tested it).
Basecamp is also good for business processes even though it's more of a project management system - tracking tasks, time etc.

I use visual paradigm to design all of my systems and processes.
Then I use checklists and working manuals on Google drive to delegate or outsource the tasks.
As well I have an master document for each staff with all tasks that they are responsible for.
Super fast and easy.

I use WordPress for my systems; this means that I do the following:
- Write procedures for anything that I do
- publish new forms on Dropbox but link them on WordPress pages/posts
- create gravity forms for specific tasks
- I use camtasia for complex and visual tasks
then I use internal processes using PHP, automate a 30 min task into 10min. I think you could do some of it via zapier but its costly.
At first, you'd spend probably 1 week to get your head around the tasks that you do.
I would recommend writing the following:
- Hiring process (including job description and how to advertise)
- Content writing process
- Operation procedure for every service you do (and then slowly add addendum and revisions while you run the business as you won't cover all potential outcomes)
- purchases
- payment
- subcontracting
after that, add what you do regurlarly that you'd give to someone to do if you ever died, or went on holiday.
I write it as much detail as I can as if I am leaving the job for a whole year.
