Campaign #1 Update:

I'm running this campaign in other traffic source, so now this campaign running on 2 traffic source.
Create 3 separate campaign based on devices targeting.

So it's look like this now:

Campaign #1 Traffic Source #1:
All OS - Targeting All

Campaign #1 Traffic Source #2:
Desktop - Targeting All
Mobile - Targeting All
Tablet - Targeting All

My campaign structure is total mess. LOL.

Will update later with my Voluum screenshot.

Campaign #2

Vertical: Sweeps
GEO: Asia
Affiliate Network: Mobidea
Budget: $15

* 1 conversion while doing bot test

This one is 2 offer recommendation from mobidea support (hey, guys!).

Will update later with my Voluum screenshot.

Question:

  1. How do you structure your campaign when it accept all devices, all connection types?
  2. Do you also create multiple ad campaign on your traffic source? or just one campaign that target all then just create flow management on voluum?

These two questions are related, so let me address them at once. You can "mix" these variables in one campaign, but only to some extent. There are variables that do not matter much, but some of them will dramatically influence the bids you need to use in order to stay competitive. To be able to specify bids for each target, you need to create multiple campaigns at the source too.

Desktop, mobile and tablet - all of them will require different bidding - sometimes you can target mobile and tablet in the same campaign, but desktop should always be treated separately. Same with wifi VS carrier, completely different bidding again.

I would suggest to narrow your targeting down a bit and focus on just mobile traffic for now. You are already registered with Mobidea, so check out also Kimia or Glize, they focus on the same type of offers, so you will have a lot of offers to split test. You can also check out Bitterstrawberry, they have some new "smartlink", check this thread for more details : https://stmforum.com/forum/showthrea...orial-Included

This way, you will also need to test less variables and it will be easier to stay organized.

NOTE: In case you decide to focus on Mobile and the networks I suggested - keep in mind that most of their offers are Carrier Billing offers, so they require Carrier (3G) traffic, wifi will not work with it. Pay attention to this when picking offers to run. More on carrier billing offers here : https://stmforum.com/forum/showthrea...o-promote-them

Hey Robin,

I read the entire thread, as Matej suggested, you can try HybridLink® by BitterStrawberry which gives you all the resources you need (>14000 single offers) & freedom of choice, YOU can choose the campaigns YOU see fit for your audience & more;

This is like creating your private "smart link" with the offers and rules of your choice. So, instead of relying on your in-house smart link settings, HybridLink® by BitterStrawberry gives you the option to configure it the way you want it.
The beauty of it is, all the offers are tested with in-house traffic before being deployed LIVE & also your out of target traffic will be identified by the system and send to a proper campaign to meet its criteria, and earnings will be reported on your default backup intuitive AI Smart Link. So no more money thrown out of the window! Give it a try!
