Is there an easy way to scrape/find a good list of KWs/URLs for foreign countries (non english speaking)?

PPV really isn't my thing and I'm looking to do a lot more w/ it in the next few weeks/months.

I've messed around w/ it but really haven't had too much luck.

I find it easier to get a list going w/ english words then say spanish, french, or german
