Hey!
I believe there are no such tools yet (you won't find something fully (or legally) reporting the group information), although you have Facebook targeting, which works just great. Explore targeting by interests and behavior, then you won't even need to scrape Facebook groups. Later you can use Lookalike audience to expand your targeting even more.
