Masive click loss on FB Mobile, suggestions? (1)

Running a whitehat offer on FB, but I'm running it through FF so I can rotate landers more easily (without having to resubmit each time and worry about disapprovals because their bots freak out at the change).

95% Mobile Traffic

So path goes something like:

Safepage URL -> Voluum link -> lander -> offer

FF says clicks are forwarded to Voluum, however only about 1/10 are showing up in Voluum. I've tested the links, tested clicking the ad, and everything seems normal when I test. Have tested wifi vs. carrier and loads in a decent amount of time. and page is mobile optimized.

Anyone else experience this or know what I should be trying to fix? I'm baffled here.


EDIT:
So I blocked everything but iphone traffic and that seems to have fixed it. So I guess I'll just split test other types of phones and see it's something in particular that was delivering volume and not getting through to the lander.
