Gaming vertical with Native Ads? (9)
Hey Stm,
I was wondering about something I see a LOT in Native Ads. People are running Gaming/Dating a lot, far more than Nutra offers...
How is that even possible to run a gaming offer with $4 payout as maximum, and still being profitable? What am I missing here?
Same goes for Dating vertical, I already tried some dating offers with payout between $8 and $20, and couldn't make my campaigns profitable.
Any hint on how are these people doing it ? Are there gaming/dating offers with payouts higher than 40$ somewhere in this world ?
Both gaming and dating offers are available under the Pay Per Sale model too - some dating programs pay as much as $120 or even more per paying member, with gaming offers it's usually less but, I've seen some offering Revshare - assuming that these games retain members well, it could work. You might also be looking at campaigns ran by the advertisers themselves, which leaves them with more margin to play with.
It would be a good idea to try and get these offers direct from their owners, so not by going through affiliate networks - with PPS or Revshare, there are usually no quality problems so it's easier to run them direct.
Hey buddy, 4 euro CPL is a starting point for me with guys running native on my sports and casino offers and depending on the performance i optimize my pubs accordingly. I have plenty of guys on 9/10/11 Euro after a few days even. I'm pretty sure if you find the right Affiliate manager (not an account manager) at a show you can get a great CPL deal in place like that. If not PM me and i will connect you with someone.
sounds helpful guys , i think i would prefer to stick with nutra until i scale my profitable campaigns to other Traffic networks and Geos , then I will surely expand to gaming field as long as i have been always curious about its profit .. thank you

hey Foussama, I can confirm on having profitable campaigns run on native.
With good spying tools and techniques you can get straight to the point big players are hitting the numbers.
The rest is persistent testing and access to good collaborative AMs and/offer owners.
That looks quite tough for me with my current experience, but I believe you're right. Big players are already there dominating this vertical!

Most of the money they make comes from in-app purchases while you would only getting paid on CPI/CPL payout which are normally very small and too small to run on Native as an affiliate.
