Is 7Search a three-legged donkey?
Just ran 36,098 impressions on 7Search. This yielded 140 clicks and ZERO conversions.
WTF?
Considering this a simple zip submit, I really cannot figure why this is so bad.

thing with 7 search is always set your bids the lowest you can go test like that an then raise bids, target real specific, and remember some is bot traffic not alot but its there.

I'm going through the same thing. So far I've done dating and email/zip, but not having very much success. I'm also having difficulties passing subid's and domains. I'm sure if I can find out which one of their partners are sending poor traffic then I can block them. I have it set up with 7Search but i'm probably not setting up the tokens right.

do you have &keyword=###KEYWORD### in your link?

Yup but to get their partner info you have to add the ###AFFID### and ###RID### which I've done, but I'm doing something wrong somewhere. I'm trying to pass the info through CPVLab using that extra token option but nothin is showing in the stats section.

I think you have to add the AFFID and RID tokens in the form:
yourlink&keyword=###KEYWORD###-###AFFID###-###RID###
so they are concantenated with the keyword and separated by a hyphen. For CVPLab to grab additional tokens it requires tokens in the form &token1=token1contents etc.
Hope that helps you.

Having just thought about my previous post again, I really don't see why using
yourlink&keyword=###KEYWORD###&affid=###AFFID###&r id=###RID###
and capturing keyword, affid and rid wouldn't work. I'll test this and report back.

OK @ironsite I've now finished my (successful) testing. To correctly use the additional tokens use:
Code:
Name URL Append Parameter
Extra Token 1 affid &affid=###AFFID### affid
Extra Token 2 rid &rid=###RID### rid
in your campaign setup. Then, you can view the tokens captured within
Campaigns -> Stats
Hope that helps

@ppchound... So I guessing my problem was that I didn't capitalize the affid & rid in between the hash marks. I'm going to run it and see what we get!
Thanks for the assistance!

Yikes! That Quancast graph is more like a bomb trajectory. It also exactly mapped my happiness level while running the campaign

says someone who clearly can't make it work. I've got some low volume but extremely profitable campaigns over there now. I like them.

there are 24 hours in a day, let's say you can dedicate half of this to making money, do you want to work on $100/day campaigns or on $1,000 and more?

I've actually heard of some publishers making it work. I've previously made it work with really general campaigns - penny auction, etc.
