I have some GBP and want to spend them on traffic platform to buy some media ads.I have popads account but popads accept USD,I want to avoid the currency lost. Does anybody introduce me some platform accept GBP?

Unfortunately, among the biggest traffic platforms I don't remember one using GBP. The majority of them work with Dollars or Euros.
Facebook definitely have GBP, but not sure if this is a type of traffic source you are looking for.

In many cases, networks would run their finance part in EUR, but their partners (publishers and advertisers) would like to see all data in USD or GBP.
