What is a recommended frequency cap for a newbie running adult pop unders??

Whenever possible, start with CAP 1/24 - 2/24. Higher cap ALWAYS means lower CTRs through the landing page ... Once you have a proven funnel, you can always increase the CAP to get more volume.

NOTE: You can start with higher CAP if you have several LPs in rotation.

Start with low cap, increase it as you optimize your campaigns and need to SCALE.
