How do you keep your landers organised?

Hey there,

To anyone running on a bigger scale (or whoever can help lol): how do you keep your landing pages organized and systematized?

I'm guessing when running multiple countries, languages, angles, offers, etc. you must have a decent system in place. Do you mind sharing what's yours?

I can think of something more rudimentary like a Spreadsheet in Google Docs or whatever. Or also do kind of like a mind map with Mindmanager or similar.

Any ideas? How do you structure them? Thanks!!

Hey!

I use Google Docs when I have lists with all landers, divided into:

Geo1:
- vertical
- language
- version (style)
Geo2:
- vertical
- language
- version (style)

And, of course, it's very important to create good names in your tracker for each LP + tags. Otherwise it can be a lot of work to find a right one.

I'm using subdirectories for this, it's not the most sophisticated system in the world, but works for me pretty well.

Think about a tree-like structure :

The top is VERTICAL, then GEO, then Niche/Angle, then the variations...

In the tracker, I try to keep a structure too - definitely categorize everything by using the options provided - traffic source, affiliate network. I'm using longer descriptions for offers, so it includes all the details I need - the key is to use the same order of tags, so it's possible to list them easily. Same with campaigns - just define a style and name everything according to it, then its easy to find whatever you need in the list.

I do it a bit different it seems.

I go with Vertical -> Angle -> languages. One angle will have multiple languages usually, so it's tested in more geos.

I try to avoid adding spreadsheets when you have a tracker and Google Drive... Usually you can structure it yourself, then make everyone involved familiar with naming conventions and general structure to follow.
