Hello, guys!
The short story about me:
I am from Siberia, now I live in Moscow. I have the passion to adventures and travels.
I am the former professional poker player, finished gambling in 2014. Since this, I've tried to launch some startups in data's analytics. It cost me almost all of my profits)
I've started in affiliate marketing in a September of 2016 from MrBraun's learning course.
Here are my stats for 2017:

I think it's not bad for the newbie, but I am stuck, can't get higher for 3 months already.
I am here to be more organized and motivated. I really appreciate any advice. I think I could have some fundamental mistakes in my launch and optimization algorithms. So I will post it to discuss with colleagues)
My main vertical is AV-pins, also I am trying to get the profit from sweeps, only pop-traffic.
My "inventory"
1. 2 main affiliate networks, Clickdealer and LeadHit. Also, I am registered in Yepads,
2. 18 sources, but 80% of traffic comes from Popads and Adsterra, that sources and Clickadu are green.
Also I've spent more than $1k in Hilltopads, Exoclick, PropellerAds, Zeropark, Adcash, Popcash and WWWpromoter. All of that sources are red with ROI from -1% to -20%.
Welcome to the forum, your numbers are actually totally IMPRESSIVE for a newbie, great job !
Since you're focusing on mobile traffic, try to work with some networks that focus just on that : kimia,
I would recommend to focus on exoclick again, and try to work with banner traffic - they have the biggest volume of carrier traffic of all the networks you mentioned, so there is your scaling opportunity
1-20% in the red is certainly possible to optimize, at least it should be, so give it another go.
Good luck.

My "launch algorithm".
1. Landers:
At the beginning of my way, I tested 3-5 landers with the completely different design. Now, after I've tested more than 20 geos, I start only with 1 lander, which in 90% of cases was the best in the past. If I've got conversions, I test other landers. One of the main reasons is that often I can't get enough traffic from the one source to spend 5 payouts to every "lander+offer" in 24 hours.
Is it the bad idea? Should I test all of the landers any time, even if the geo is small?
2. Offers:
Mostly I test the offers which recommended by my affiliate managers (AM). They know, which offers are popular and have higher EPC. I don't remember that not recommended offer was better, that offer from the top, but I don't have the representative sample.
Should I test all of the offers in my geos?
3.Geos.
Often I try to test small geos, but in the most cases, it's not worth it. Potential profit is really low, even if I start with medium or high bids. Now I am trying bigger geos, but results is bad(
4. Carrier/WiFi
Most of the time in PIN-submits I start 2 campaigns, one for WiFi and one for cellular traffic.
5. Bids.
I think that choosing of bid is very important part.
In the sources, which have good estimators, such as Popads and Propellerads, I start with bid, which can give me "interesting" traffic volume, so I can get enough profit after optimization. Then I calculate the bid in the volume/cost/EPV balance to get the maximal profit. In other cases, I start with low bid in the big geos and medium bids in the small.
I really need the advice, which bid should I take in the beginning in different scenarios.
6. Sources.
Every geo I start on 3 sources. If one of the sources is green after initial optimization, I am trying to scale to all of the sources.
7. Cloaking.
Last month I don't run such sources as Propeller or Exoclick with aggressive landers because my cloaking scheme is not good enough - all of my campaigns became rejected in 1-3 days.
Where can I find the best information about cloaking?
As always, I love any critic or advice)
