I got some good news and some bad news.

Bad news:

Your questions are vague and your presentation is very weak. It doesn't encourage someone to get in touch. Everyone has ideas, that's not what people are missing.

1 - you have to explain what this project is about to get any half serious takers.

2 - start anywhere, adjust from there. For me it's an instant red flag when someone says "I don't know where to start". That's usually translated to "I want someone else to do the tough parts".

3 - Basically irrelevant for a generic site, depends more if you build the product, but then depends on what said product wants to offer.

4 - This might be of help: https://stmforum.com/forum/showthrea...uide-To-Hiring

Good news:

If there's a place that gives very straight and valuable feedback, it's STM.

i understand your opinion that people may not be much interested this way, but actually i'm afraid that someone steal the idea and i lose it.

i still need to do some researches on the idea to make sure it deserve the work but don't know how to do this not because i want someone else to do it for me but because i have never build a business plan or market research

Ideas don't matter, it's all about execution. You are saying you are afraid you cannot execute which makes it even less likely someone wants to partner with you on this.

Everyone has tens of ideas over the course of a month. People of value are busy executing, it's not ideas they are missing.

If you can execute alone, then go for it. If you need a partner, share and if you have your idea "stolen" learn from it. Your business life won't rely on one idea.

It's rough, I know, but it's reality and the quicker you realize, the better it will be for you.
