I want know or find a way to find good placement / website on redirect / popup.
Suppose i have a good campaign with a great angle for a country / carrier what is the best strategies for bid ?
Case 1: bid low -- > cut bad placement --> increase bid --> cut again --> increase cut again --- until infinite cpm
Case 2: bid very hight --> cut instant placement ---> decrease cpm of placement that have made some action?
In case 2 how i can find an appropriate top bid for a country / carrier? and how many money this strategies need for a good start?
Do you have some suggestion or some strategies?
When setting a bid, you need to consider a few things : competition, what kind of offer you are promoting, how much BOTs there is ...
Generally speaking, you don't want to be the TOP bidder, unless you have a funnel that is absolutely killing it. You also don't want to be the TOP bidder, before you cut the worst BOT placements - they would just burn your budget.
Usually, you also don't want to be one of the lowest bidders either because the traffic quality will be low.

Technically, you could use both approaches, starting LOW or HIGH, both can work.
When starting low, keep in mind that you are buying lower quality traffic, so do not cut too aggressively - once you tweak your funnel, consider retesting some placements that you've cut on a lower bid.
When starting HIGH, try to be no.2 or 3, and don't forget to set a budget and low impressions CAP (if possible), watch the performance and pause any placement with traffic that doesn't go through the LP. Basically, you don't want to blow your budget on low quality placements so watch it closely.
Some networks show the bids, so you can pick one based on that data. In case they do not show it - you simply have to increase slowly and watch when you start receiving more traffic, large increases signal that you are close to the top.

one question :
what is better to do when i found good placement? Stop this placement on general campaign and create a top zone campaign with this placement with very high bid?
If I don't stop the good placement on general campaign can i made competition to the same placement?
example : campaign 1 --> bid 2 cpm --> placement 1
campaign 2 ---> bid 10 cpm --> placement 1
in this case i suppose i buy more traffic on campaign 2 but traffic that come on campaign 1 can waste budget?
