If you can improve your English speaking traffic, you will be instantly profitable. You should test an English version of your landing page in order to try and improve the English speaking traffic. Use Voluum rules to route all English speaking traffic to one lander and Arabic speaking traffic to another. Otherwise, you just need to split test more offers/landers to try and improve the ROI a bid more.

Look at your ISP tab and see if you can blacklist anything that is really poor performing. Also look at your Targets and see if you can adjust the bid on any high volume, high loss placement that is converting. This will help as well.

In this case it should be possible to work with the language on your LP as Mr. Payne suggest.

Otherwise in other geos/situations you could simply create a flow and redirect that traffic to a smartlink, so you not waste it and still squeeze some extra profits.
