Rip landers with this http://ricks-apps.com/osx/sitesucker/
Take one competitor. http://life.mensnewsnow.com/
Insert his URL into SimilarWeb to see where he's getting his traffic from.

Referral websites are usually from RevContent. One of the websites are: http://news.mynewswire.co/
Go on the website and find where the RevContent widgets are. Right click the widget to find the Widget ID in inspector: You can see here it's 55603

Repeat this process on 5 other ED competitors you find and gather a list of 10 quality Widget ID.
Go onto RevContent, setup a whitelist campaign. Go on AdPlexity. Rip the Top 4 images that have been running the longers and the top 4 headlines running the longest.
Throw that shit in there. And pray it gets approved. If it does. It's likely profitable
Enjoy!
thx thx
Lets take this campaign for example.
Few further questions.
- would you run on mobile or desktop?
- Is this kind of traffic, native, better than FB ads?
- what verticles are best for this kind of traffic?
- do we basically input those widget IDs into revcontent, on our whitelist campaign?
Thanks! great post, great insight from the get-go
1) Pick one and stick to it until it's profitable. then scale out.
2) Native is easy to be compliant and can scale to $20k-$30k/day (havennt seen more then that. FB is SUPER easy to get banned. (I've been through 90-100 accounts since 2017) but can scale too $100k+/day. I'd start with native if I was restarting over again. (also where I got my first $1k/day)
3) Any vertical other people are running are best. Verticals that no one else is running, is a bad idea, if you're new.
4) Yes
Thanks for the response.
Can you suggest any good tools or resources to find out
- what verticles are running best?
- which offers/which network to use? Where do we find what offers our competitors are running, so we can go to that network and promote the same?
- What other keywords should we put in ... inurl:voluumdata ed
Thanks
Awesome post here!!
Just signed up to Similarweb basic Pro account and was wondering how well do you trust similarweb Global Rank or Country Rank.
Lets say I find a site with lots of direct traffic not like Forbes but something unknown but which has a good Similarweb Country Rank in GEO i want to target.
Would you consider it a good high quality widget if all else is fine?
Cheers!
I've yet to drive Native Ads Traffic. How much is the minimum buy-in to RevContent?
