I see are you interested offer promoted a lot on fb, the US offer pays just a little over $2 on neverblue, do you promote it, what is your payout/network?

They're the best or worst advertiser depending on how good you are at driving quality traffic.

I have some US people at 6-7$ a lead because there quality is really good. They're amazing at looking how traffic is backing out in very short order and adjusting lead prices by affiliate up or down.

They're also one of the best in my opinion of converting leads in buyers which helps support higher Lead payouts.

All the aggregators data is totally pointless as deals can be cut direct with each advertiser for each affiliate. A common theme among aggregators is put a super high payout on oDigger or OfferVault and then shave. Then the noobs that use those tools will come to your network. It's just a marketing ploy more then anything. So find a network you like and work closely with them as you build out an optimize.
