I need to track clicks on my CTA button, but I do not want it to redirect anywhere, just to track/count the click.

Could you please elaborate on why you'd want to do that (i.e. what it is you're looking to accomplish)?
Why not just set up your tracker to redirect to afflow?
What would you like to happen for the visitor when they click on the CTA? Nothing? But if nothing happens, the normal person would click multiple times, which will throw off your count.
I'm not good with this tech stuff - but if you'd provide more details on what you're trying to do, I may be able to come up with more ideas.
