Is bidding the minimum of 10 dollars a day for traffic actually a good idea when running adult...I just read a thread that said newbies should start off by bidding the minimum budget ...just wanted to know do people actually profit from bidding that low or is that strictly for accumulating data...and if it's just for data is that enough for generating enough data to actually test out???

$10 per day is pretty low in most GEOs, especially on the larger sites that you can reach via TJ. It could work in cheaper GEOs, by using tight capping and maybe targeting keywords. You will also want to use even distribution, so you get some traffic throughout the day. The good thing about TJ is that they will send you decent traffic even for a low bid, so you will be able to use this data for optimization.
A note for you, we often recommend newbies to start with the minimum BID, not the minimum budget ... didn't you confuse these two?
Using the minimum bid is a GOOD idea when testing out some new GEO or source ... to get a feeling of how much traffic there is to be had and prevent your account to be drained too fast.
Oh ok I definitely got the two cofused I see...so basically start the bid at 10$ then gradually bump up my spend through out the day correct??
