Conversion Gap between FB and Network

Is there anyone experiencing a mismatch from the conversion on FB and conversion tracked by the network? Sometimes FB even count more than 2 time the "real" ones.
I gathered some data on 3 running random campaigns, all on same network.
Campaing FB conv Network conv
1 410 141
2 29 11
3 56 56
4 83 82 (different network)

Looking at data I really don't know what to think. I know that sometimes a conversion loss is normal because let's say someone arrives at money page via my ad in FB and the purchases somewhere else the product I lose the conversion...but a 60% seems pretty high to me. The third campaign data is even stranger because there is a perfect consistent match every day. I hardly think also that I might have made some kind of mistake to screw the setup.
Do you have any data? Any idea? Thanks

It will simply come down to the tracking JS/code you have placed being fired multiple times by the same users or being fired erroneously somewhere (e.g. placed on a page prior to a true conversion).

If Facebook's stats read more than what your network does, then its likely some repeat firing, e.g. in campaign 1 and 2 it seems that your FB conversions are about 3x your network ones, so it could be that the code is consistently being fired three times per conversion - maybe due to it being placed in the footer of three consecutive pages in the offer's conversion flow.
