Does anyone know how to set up IP/UA filtering in
For example setting up to exclude bot traffic, can this be done

They've got a filter for this, but that's meant to filter them from your stats, so it doesn't affect your stats.
If you want to exclude the traffic from your campaign completely you need to use rules.
