Be careful with buying e-mail list and make sure whoever you buy it of off has the data for where they all opted in from. Not knowing this could cause issues down the road in terms of spam or getting pulled from campaigns.
I don't have someone who you can buy from but just giving my advice with buying lists as i have seem affiliates spend a lot of money buying them and having nothing but issues after.
Are you able to build a co-reg path? if so you can put an e-mail opt in option on the first page to start building your own and that way maximizing profits on traffic/campaigns.
