Cloaking script redirect traffic that they deem "dangerous" (known reviewers IPs, proxies, VPNs ...) so in order to bypass them, you need to use a real connection that matches the desired targeting ... the easiest you can do is find someone one fiverr, for example, who fits the targeting and have them take screens or download what you need.
