Having Trouble Marketing My On Demand Canvas Printing And Dropshipping Service

Hey guys, I run a custom canvas(multi-piece, see image) printing and fulfillment service based in china. I know our service is superior to anything on the market but I just can't find the right audience. I tried some facebook ads with general interest combinations, (doesn't help that facebook removed affinity from audience insights ), I also tried some subreddits related to eCommerce/entrepreneurship.
Here's our website.

Any ideas on how I should go about marketing this?

Hey,

How many ads did you try, on how many audiences?

My first thought would be to target based on a few topics of the canvas, and not look for people interested in a canvas. That gives you A LOT of testing space, you can do from pets to plants, to cars, whatever.

Cheers,
Manu.

Hi!

From what I see, your website is related to B2B, meaning you are not directly selling products with it, but looking for an intermediary, am I right?
If so, you have several options to develop your business:

1. Look for media buyers on the forums, that would promote the product and speak to them directly
2. Make an offer out of it and suggest to an affiliate network that deals with commodity ads
3. Look for art-studios and shops with whom you could cooperate.

If you want to promote it directly to potential customers, I would recommend you to change the website, make it simple to understand, and target users through social media - create a page on FB, Instagram, target users that are interested/following communities with design/Ikea, etc.

I hope it helps!

I don't think this is just an issue of not being able to find the right audience.

I actually was in the market for some canvas prints for one of our offices, and so I would be the right audience.

But would I buy from you?

No.

I will give you some brutally honest advice:

1. The landing page is very bad. The main image is of a factory. Really, no one cares what the factory looks like. They care about what their art will look like on their wall. These should be the images on your landing page, not way below the fold on the 5th tab that no one will see.

2. One of your benefits on why they should buy from you is ... you speak English? Really? Of all the benefits I am looking for, that has to be the lowest one on my list.

3. In order to buy from you they need to send you an email via a form? This is 2017, where is the 1 click shopping?

4. Where are the testimonials? Where are the people who have ordered from you showing what the art looks like on their wall?

All of these are really basic marketing. Right now, even if someone gave you the perfect audience of 100 people in the market for wall art right now, that would be a total waste, because you will not be able to convert them.

I think you have an interesting product and proposition. But your marketing is your biggest enemy.

Thanks for the replies guys, Like Mobidea said I'm actually targeting sellers/eCommerce store owners and not individual customers.
I will try the ideas you mentioned Mobidea, thank you.
