I am a creative guy, have lots of experience in ecommerce making things work on low budget when many believe its too hard to do. I have $400-500 a month to use on AM, 100 goes to this forum so 300-400 for tool and testing. Any place you could point me to. I want to test offers, understand how things work and gain more experience, hopefully make some money, but if I don't that is fine too, I know its a process. I love niches and have always done well in my other Ecommerce buissness with niches. What traffic sources can be low cost and what Vertical should I be looking at the beginning, that aren't relatively overtly complicated and relatively inexpensive to work with and test, but have the potential to make me some money too (doesn't have to $500-1000 days, just start small, $50-100 dollar days), if done right.

It is usually recommended for someone that is just starting up to start with sweepstakes in Tier3 countries and pop traffic. The reasons are that pop traffic is relatively cheap (especially in Tier3 but you can also try "more expansive geos") and sweepstakes have a relatively easy conversion flow (fill in email/name stuff like that).
This should give you a lot of data to play with, analyze and learn the ropes as well as make money.
