Try not to run beyond 10x payout for each offer at first. Let's see where things are at before spending further money. There are OK-offers, then there are good/great/awesome offers (and of course there are dud offers too). We want to spend as little as possible to uncover a good/great/awesome offer, before spending further money to confirm potential and optimize. 80/20 rule at its finest.

Good call on both counts!

I limited the first camp to a single offer just to keep things simple, but will go into how to rotate offers in the next lesson. If you already know how to do this go right ahead. Testing lots of offers and identifying the most promising to optimize and scale is the way to go.

Like Mobidea said - if some of the traffic you're sending is NOT accepted by the offer - i.e. not from an accepted carrier/OS/device/etc. - then Mobidea's system would automatically send the visitor to another offer - one that does accept this traffic. So if this other offer converts, then you'll see a different payout.

Another common reason is that some affiliate networks will redirect the visitor if they click the backbutton, i.e. when the visitor lands on the offer, and clicks back, the aff network will send them to another offer to maximize chances of getting a conversion. So if this other offer converts, the payout would be different. I don't know if Mobidea does this or not.

When applied to offers and campaigns: Most of your profits will come from a small percentage of the offers you test. This is why I suggested the rule-of-thumb of testing for 5x payout, and ditching the offer if it doesn't convert. This is to identify only the most promising offers that are winners from the start.

I'll do my best to find time to post new lessons tomorrow - including how to test more offers simultaneously. In the meantime, please feel free to test more offers - either one at a time, or if you want to test several at once, rotate them evenly in Voluum until each offer has spent 5x payout, cut the ones that haven't converted, then continue running the rest, and periodically compare them using this method here:
