How Can I Get A Facebook Representative?

I need a Facebook Ad Account Manager for my marketing business. I just want to be reassured that my WH campaigns won’t get banned. I’ve already looked into LinkedIn and Facebook contact support, but still ending up chasing my tail. If anybody can help, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Very difficult thing. FB has something like a million advertisers. So unless you're spending a consistent 30-50k/day or more, that's whitehat and you would need a referral from someone that's already in.

Otherwise I'd suggest using the chat feature. It works great.

Facebook does have a lot of advertisers but I'm not sure about 30-50k a day... Last time I spoke with them, they said 5k. And I know a few people who have gotten a representative while spending around 1k a day. Usually, if you spend 4 figures daily (over many months) they'd give you a call. If you're already spending over 5k a day consistently just go to one of those conferences they're at and speak to them.
It could be easier if you live in a country where people don't spend massive sums on social media (more chances you'll get a representative.)

It really is about spend and the kinds of ads you run. In most tier 1 countries, they will be quite strict about both. Things probably are a bit more lax in lower tier countries.

Probably not going to happen

Facebook assigns reps four times a year, once a quarter. Unless you are spending a significant amount, I dont think its worth your while chasing them.

I'll suggest you use the chat feature, hopefully if your spend increases you get a rep.

New online chat support
Businesses that advertise on Facebook now have access to one-on-one support through live online chat. By clicking “Get Help” on the Facebook for Business website, advertisers can chat and screen share with a trained Ads Specialist to get quick answers to their Facebook advertising questions.

Not available in all geo's tho.

You can make a brand spankin new business account, spend $10k in one month, keep one account running at low spend, and they will contact you asking u why your spend dropped

or you can go on linkedin, and bulk message everyone with facebook in their job title and plead your way to a rep.

Both work, I am living proof
LOL

Yes, this is absolutely the best way to reach out to them!

Here's the link: https://www.facebook.com/business/resources
Their chat support is available between 9-5 Central US time (they're working from Austin, TX) So the chat window is only available when they're in office during business hrs. No weekends or late hrs tho. They're pretty helpful and will get your technical issue resolved within 24-48 hrs. Be very specific about your needs or questions, they are handling a lot of customers...
