Hi,
It seems you are direct linking.
For verticals like these its not the best idea.
Try using a pre lander to warm them up and sell them on why they need your product.

Hey there! Your English is fine - very clear.
I've just started expanding into FB so don't have much advice to offer on how to optimize the campaign targeting, but I do have some experience promoting Adcombo offers.
As we've discussed over skype - a couple of suggestions:
-Adcombo's prelandings and offer pages are not the best. I don't know if the German ones are OK because my German sucks, but based on the Chinese ones, I can definitely say that they need to be rewritten extensively if you want them to presell for you.
-Split-test between using prelandings, and direct-linking to offer page. Can also test your own custom offer pages.
-Use pingdom to check page load times and try to optimize your pages to get it under 1 second. For example, use kraken.io to optimize the size of your images - adcombo's pages come with lots of pictures (which is great) so doing this alone will cut down on load time significantly.
-DE/AT is relatively competitive, and traffic is relatively expensive. Since you're Chinese, it would be to your advantage to test using Chinese-speaking geos first: HK, TW, MY, SG all speak Chinese as an official language or major language. Can use google translate to swap from simplified to traditional Chinese.
Best of luck!
Amy

I'm from Germany and IMHO COD in DE is not so easy to convert. I've tested some camps in DE with adcombos COD offers and it won't work for me.
In Germany it's uncommon to verify sales through phone calls and many people will afraid to make payments over phone (except your offer is a big mailorder retailer).

Hello there!
Regarding your case, needless to say that german traffic is rather expensive. And everyone with little experience in targeting should consider it. It would be sensible in this case to target those GEOs where traffic is really cheap. Do not seek big amounts of money at first. Try to gain experience in the field by working with more easy GEOs to work with, though not that profittable (European payouts are really tempting, i know

). Maybe, it will be better to start with Asian regions. Anyway, ping your personal manager in skype - she'll give you some useful advice.

Thanks for sharing your experience!
One minor correction: Payments aren't made over the phone - COD = Cash on Delivery, which means customers pay cash when the product is delivered to their door.
Which is really great for geos that don't have high credit card penetration rate. I did a bit of research and found that with the exception of a few tier 1 geos, credit cards penetration is quite low in most countries. Those of us that live in US/CA/UK/AU take it for granted that everyone around us has at least one credit card - we often forget that this is not the case in many other countries.
One more tip for those of you that are promoting COD offers: Most call centers don't work 24/7, so pausing camps in evenings and weekends (local time of course) could make a difference. You don't want the potential customer to have a whole night/weekend to reconsider the purchase and have second thoughts.

Yeah Amy, you're right.
I think in DE the many issue is the phone verification. I've recently talked to a friend about that. He's running a call-center and he also said, that the performnace of phone verification depends on vertical, for offers like loan, pre-paid CC and stuff like that it works, but not for physical products like skin and nutra.
