If you don't have profitable campaigns, then you don't need a VA (in my opinion). The factis, If a VA knows how to get your campaign profitable and you don't, then the relationship is the wrong way round.
Your best bet is to read as much info as you can here in the forums and learn the basics and then just start launching campaigns. A VA is not the answer to your problems

Try firstly get some green campaigns, then somewhere at the point you can't handle them all on your own think about VA
VAs are meant to help you make more by taking part of the duties of your chest, you hire them to grow, not to learn how to make profits.
