I think he means some mediabuyers having a credit line with Facebook, instead of creditcard or paypal for example?
Not sure what the question is? But yeah, if you spend a couple of months in a row xx.xxx on one account you are able to request a credit line. So you pay after 30 days for example.

Asking people if they now how to run Nutra/Dating on FB isn't the best way to get feedback I can tell. Start a "follow along" and some might chip in with some decent feedback.
