Voluum not tracking conversions in Mundo Media campaign (5)

I have a strange problem with tracking, my offer URL has this appended: "http://kuaptrk.com/mt/xxxxxxxxx/&subid1={campaign.id}&subid2={clickid}"

Postback in Mundo Media: "http://mydomain.com/postback?cid=%SUBID2%&payout=%AMOUNT%"

I tried using s1 also, same problem. What am I missing?

Hello!

Normally your post back should be like:
"http://xxxx.voluumtrk3.com/postback?cid=%SUBID1%&payout=%AMOUNT%"

And your offer link:
http://kuaptrk.com/mt/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/&subid1={clickid}

That will 100% work! If it doesn't work for you, I recommend to ask your AM. These guys are very friendly

Thanks for the reply! I had those settings originally but same problem, not tracking conversions. Also tried Global and offer specific Postbacks.
I will take your advice and contact my AM.

You can test your postback too, by grabbing a random clickID (click through your own link and grab it from the console or pull it from live event in Voluum). And then you can just send a post req to it like curl POST -X "http://voluumtrk2.com/fdfdsvcsdgfbv?cid=random&payout=0.5 (i.e. from the terminal if you have a mac). On CAKE there's a testing tool too, and I'm sure your AM can send a test conversion back to you.

You can also see error logs in Voluum. Sometimes I don't see conversions and it's because I have messed up copy pastez

I solved this with help from my AM. I ripped a lander and somehow I missed some code that was adding unusual characters to my tracking link.
Lesson learned!
