Voluum Time Zone (2)

Hi,I am creating a campaign in Voluum and noticed this thing.It's about the time zone.
I am running campaign in trafficjunky,geo is Canada and trafficjunky had given me GMT-4 timezone.
In Voluum,do I need to update the default timezone in settings page to match this timezone in trafficjunk?If yes,that would be GMT-4 in trafficjunky and UTC-4 in Voluum.
The problem is,what if I create another campaign in trafficjunky for another country say India-timezone is GMT+5:30 .What I need to do in Voluum to match this Indian timezone as the default timezone in Voluum is already set to UTC-4 ?
This whole question is for parting purposes.

Do not overcomplicate it

Just set your campaign up as it is and it will be all tracked.

Then when you want to compare your Voluum and TrafficJunky you will change the timezone and the reporting will be correct.
