Is email marketing apart of affiliate marketing ? If yes , then do virtual assistant have skills for that , for a email design ? I would like to get cheap and best quality .
It's a very different skill set. You'll need to hire specifically for that. Design and content are also different skills: it's tricky but not impossible to find someone who can do both well.
