Tier 1 VPS on Tier 2 Countries
I just started by targeting US and lost $1000 on my testing and I am at -60% ROI.Everyone is suggesting to start in Tier 2 or 3 instead of Tier 1.I will start from scratch again with Tier 2 country.
My question is,I have a Server in USA and also a CDN,now as I am switching to Tier 2,most of the countries will be European countries,do I need to switch my server location to European location or I can still use this USA server?
I am worried about the landers speed. Please input your answers and suggest me the best option.
Thanks

What traffic type and offers vertical are we talking about?
For example - I promote dating offers in EU or Latam by using a VPS in US and don't see any issues. I compared it with an EU VPS just to make sure, the differences were pretty much non-existent.
In case of 3G mobile traffic, especially POPs, the situation can be different and the use of a CDN would be highly recommended.
So, what is it that you're about to promote?

Sorry matuloo,I forget to mention details everytime.
Adult desktop traffic from TJ and adult dating offers.
I am using a CDN right now.

Ok, in this case, your current setup should be fine. But if you decide to go full throttle in EU, it might be a good idea to get a VPS there too.

No,I am not interested in full with Europe.I will come again to Tier 1 when I gain some experience.A CDN isn't enough to run Tier 2 offers with a VPS in US?

Tier 1 is not just US, many EU countries are actually tier1 GEOs.
For desktop dating, your current setup (vps in US + CDN) is fine. With a good CDN, you can actually target the whole world.
