prepaid accounts

Hello guys,

I use prepaid accounts for FB ads, but now my account does not spend any budget/ spend a little.
Is there anyone who have some ideas?

It is an account that requires from you to top up your balance to be able to run ads after. And normally it is getting blocked if your ads are not compliant with Facebook Ads rules.

Yes We are saying prepaid since Facebook also gives an option of post-paying.

I just had my only pre-pay account stop spending yesterday. It had been running 100% white hat for the previous 2 days, ~$15/day
still has enough $$ balance to run for 2 more days.

CTR was high 10% and relevance was a 9

The account is Indian

not sure what's going on, delivery and everything else shows as active.

I even made some minor changes to the audience, and received an approved ad notification within 30 minutes, but it's still not spending

I'd say it also depends on the type of campaigns / angles and targetting you're running

In terms of stats your campaign looks great, but to know why the money stopped being spent, we need to know more. What are you promoting and how?

Found my issue.. it's really dumb, but it turns out the page that the ads ran against became unpublished (hidden) due to inactivity.

15 minutes after I added activity and marked the page visible, the ads started spending again. I'm surprised that there were no messages or indications that the ads were not spending due to an unpublished page..
