math and affiliate marketing

Can you compare math and affiliate marketing ? There are problem solvers from math and programming , what about affiliate marketing ? What is the most comprehensive study ?

I'm not sure what do you exactly mean?

In AM you deal with data and data means math: analysis and statistics.

Most of the stuff is solved for you thanks to trackers where everything is pre-calculated for you in realtime.

However you still need to do your decisions based on those signals and sometimes even do your own calculations (and rules) on top of those.

Marketing is everything combined - your skills of understanding the targeted audience, creativity, analytical thinking and of course math. This is not a comparison, is just that one can't live without another.
Very rhetorical questions today I see, huh?

As erikgyepes already mentioned, you will primarily using statistics, but sure there is plenty of easy algebra and general arithmetic too.

Yep, lots of math but nothing too complicated (unless you get into machine learning, but that's a whole different ball game).

If you can do basic high school math, you'll be fine.
