Different browsers, different conversion rates-- your opinions wanted!

After doing some analysis in Voluum for my opt in page:

http://womenapproachyou.com/eto/sxsr-ie-example.php

...I've discovered some vastly different conversion rates by browser which, of course, creates both angst and opportunity. Here are the conversion rates by most popular browsers:

Chrome Mobile-- 25.66%
Mobile Safari- 11.28%
Chrome Desktop- 14.22%
Internet Explorer Desktop- .47% (WOW)
Mozilla Desktop- 3.97%
Firefox Desktop- 9.29%
Android Browser-- 25.62%
Safari Desktop- 6.15%
Silk- 27.2%
Opera Mini- 13.81%
Mobile Firefox- 20.51%

I'm generating all my leads right now via Cost Per Click Email, so I can't target by browser. I've been looking at each browser rendering in Browserstack.com and I have my suspicions about differences in conversion rate between Android and Apple, but I'd like to hear what you guys have to say, especially you guys who are very heavy into the tech side of AM. The biggest opportunity lies in fixing desktop, especially the rotten internet explorer-- my feeling is there is something going on there with a security warning that is killing conversions, and I'd like to hear what you guys think about that, as well as Mozilla and Firefox.

This is data that presents a huge opportunity for profit-- bring all the browsers up to the Android conversion rates, and profit goes through the roof. It is an excellent exercise in the importance of optimizing browser specific landing pages, so let me know your thoughts, suggestions, discussion. I'll post the "after numbers" and write up the effect on the campaign.

Thanks!

-John

PS The thank you page is not my real one, merely a placeholder for this exercise, but it does have a conversion pixel on it.
