How to target specific carriers
Hi,
I've got an offer that only accepts conversions from Mexico from the TelCel carrier.
The problem is, how do I target carriers in other traffic sources besides popads?
Do I just buy the traffic and use Voluum to separate out the traffic and send the remaining traffic to another network such as YTZ?

Many of sources now have carrier targeting (beside Popads: Zeropark, Propeller, Adcash, SelfAdvertiser etc.)
If not, then there is another chance for you if they offer targeting by IP ranges.
In this case you need a Geo IP DB to match Carriers/ISPs with they ranges and then you can target by those (it's a bit more advanced, so I recommend to start just with sources that offers carrier targeting first)

Thanks, I thought a majority of traffic sources did not have carrier targeting.

Some still don't, some can turn it on for you on request, many already have it ... in case you are working with PIN submit offers, you have no other choice but to look for sources that offer carrier taregting - sending unwanted wifi traffic to smartlinks/monetizers usually doesn't cut it - in like 95%+ cases.

Where do you get this database?
Thanks

Checkout Maxmind or IP2Location for example.

There are several publicly available IP databases, just google for "carrier IP ranges", but as you can guess, the reliability is a hit or miss. You need to run some tests with them and compare the results with what your tracker tells you - Voluum is good for this.
