Hi,

This is what my URL looks like on Voluum: http://mobilient.com/virusalert-324?device={device}&os={os}

However I'm not sure if I've set everything up properly.

1. The device and OS are not showing up on the landing page even though I have setup the tokens

2. I don't know whether or not I linked to the offer properly on the landing page.

The tokens are working - if you click on this:

http://mobilient.com/virusalert-324/...ice&os=android

You will see that the tokens have been replaced with the values I've set to.

On the landing page, you need to set as the outgoing link, your Voluum click url, which can be found in Voluum -> little gear icon -> Setup tab -> Click URL. Right now you're using the aff link as your outgoing link. You should add your aff link in Voluum as a new offer, then in the voluum camp settings specify that offer.

Fix that and let us know if you experience further problems, and we'll do more troubleshooting.

Thanks Amy, is the post back URL the same for all offers?

The postback url is the same for all offers from one affiliate network. You need to configure it with every affiliate network you are using. There can be small differences with the part that comes after : "postback?cid=" as it depends on the backend used by particular networks.

Sorry, I meant is the outgoing link the same for all offers?

Are you referring to the click url you put on the landers?

If so, then yes - this will be the same on all landers. It's just so Voluum will know to direct visitors to the offer(s) you specify in the Voluum campaign settings - whichever offers they may be.
