When Chrome mark my site as "Deceptive Site", Is there a way to know automatically?

That will dramatically decrease the CTR, how can I know it automatically? Is there any tool? Any API?

I built a custom tool for this.

You can utilize API from virustotal.com.

Let it check your domains daily and send you email notifications.

One step further would be to even replace the affected domain in tracker.

Reading the virustotal.com API documents. Thank you! STM never let me down. Very helpful!

I have another problem now. After I changed the domain name, Chrome marked me in about 3 hours. How to make it last longer? How does it works in the backend? Is it reported by human or machine learning or something? Thanks.

And, when virustotal mark my site clean, chrome still says it's deceptive. I think they are not using the same data source.

Hey,

Nobody exactly knows how it works in the backend, everything is just a speculation, but imagine that they can see and analyze all domains and develop patterns over time.

It will just get better.

Someone says it will stay longer if you use an aged domain or .com domain instead of the cheap .xyz, .club and other TLDs that are heavily used by affiliates.

Also I would not use anything like google or facebook as subdomain name as those keywords may raise a flag as well.

But as I say these are speculations and even if you use all these you will still get flagged.

Regarding virustotal.com - it uses antivirus companies APIs/databases, but also the official Google's Safebrowsing - I recommended this service as you can have them checked in all of these by 1 shot.

I also wrote about this earlier here.

The official Google Safe browsing checker is here: https://www.google.com/transparencyr...gnostic/?hl=en

Not using google in sub domain is a great suggestion. Will get a ban very soon if you use it.
