Have VERY cheap weight loss traffic for a geo, can't get decent offer, options? (13)

Hey,
I have very very cheap weight loss traffic for a specific geo (ZA) that I uncovered whilst doing testing on facebook ads. I've burnt through all the networks I have access to and the offers for ZA weight loss products are shockingly bad; $90+ initial cost etc. The traffic I have is hungry; the feedback I have from the traffic (fb comments etc) is that they want to buy but either the product page isn't functioning correctly or the billing model is just too expensive. Anyone able to help? Ideally I'd like to just sell the traffic at a CPC rate, does anyone know if anyone would be willing to buy at a per click rate? If CPC isn't possible, does anyone know of a way of getting access to a decent offer? I've nailed my LP as well - around 15-20% CTR, I just either need a decent offer or someone willing to buy the clicks.
Willing to do partnership with someone if that's an option?

So you're selling FB traffic on a click basis for diet which anybody can create an ad/campaign and get the exact same click prices as you. What value are you adding exactly? Fucking Lol

I've got direct nutra offers for straight sale. However the problem you're facing right now is shipping costs added to initial order make products on the more expensive side. You need to find someone right there in ZA that can ship from in country so the product prices are reasonable.

Out of curiosity, what does your traffic feel is an ok price point for a bottle to arrive at their doorstep? What kind of volume are you thinking your traffic can do on a daily basis? Feel free to send me a pm if you don't want to put your numbers out here on this thread.

Could you sell digital products on weight loss to your visitors? If so, Clickbank offers - or hire someone to create your own weight-loss manual! You could localise it that way too, setting pricing and introducing localised elements to the actual manual.

Dropshipped products might work too. Hell, create a list and then sell all of the above

All the weight loss products are crap, that is the reason there are so many out there. You have to implement that fact into your campaigns and expect lot of refunds in certain geo's.

Just saw this. Don't really visit my account and this was almost 6 months after I posted. I'm not sure if you've ran in ZA, there are huge corruption issues (the delivery men run off with the product etc) which ultimately leaves the advertiser with his ass in hand. By burning through networks I meant all the networks I contacted at that time had quality concerns themselves (with za, not me) and were in the process of/already pausing/paused ZA.

In any case, I decided to not run this campaign any longer, ran offerwalls to the traffic instead (thanks caurmen for the initial seed of idea), crushed it, account died. Never restarted.
