40% of clicks coming from IPv6?

Right now I have two campaigns setup the same way but in different ad accounts. But one account is getting a ton of clicks from IPv6 addresses.

Account A 0 clicks from IPv6
Account B ~40% clicks from IPv6

Any idea what could be causing the huge difference between the two accounts? The user agents and ISP's look normal. Are these some type of bot or normal users?

Facebook segments traffic in various ways, being different accounts, it may have grouped a bunch of people together coming from IPv6 addresses in a certain location / Country ISP vs. a different group for your other account.

Did this settle down? How did the conversions vary from the different sets?

The accounts ended up being shut down a few weeks later but, the IPv6 traffic was definitely much worse performance wise.
